Connect your inbox

Scans your mailbox, groups emails by shipment reference (MBL/HBL/job), and summarizes each thread, including text pulled from attachments. Nothing is written to disk except cached scan results on this machine.

Email address

App password

Gmail/Outlook require an app-specific password when 2FA is on. See README for steps. Never stored, used only for this scan.

IMAP host override

Leave blank to auto-detect (Gmail, Outlook/365, iCloud, Yahoo). Custom business domains on Microsoft 365 usually need outlook.office365.com here.

Days back

A scan reads each email, extracts attachment text (OCR when needed), and summarizes every shipment. This can take a minute or two for a busy inbox.
